Beginning December 3, 2018, Easy Media will become Community Reputation PRO by RentPath.
On that date, our Social Media Made Easy products will be listed as Social Media Manager PRO by RentPath, and Reputation Made Easy products will be listed as Reputation Monitor PRO by RentPath.

WHY IS EASY MEDIA MERGING INTO RENTPATH?
RentPath officially acquired Easy Media in February of 2018 because of our success in providing top-of-the-line multifamily reputation solutions. We are transitioning our company and services to the Community Reputation PRO line of services over the next few months. We’ll have a new name and new contact information, but clients can expect the same stellar customer service and the same or comparable service offerings.

WHAT IS CHANGING WITH MY SERVICE?
- Easy Media will officially transition to Community Reputation PRO by RentPath on December 3, 2018
- Social Media Made Easy services will officially transition to Social Media Manager PRO by RentPath on December 3, 2018
- Reputation Made Easy services will officially transition to Reputation Monitor PRO by RentPath on December 3, 2018
- You may begin using our new support contacts at any time:
- Current support contacts will not sunset until December 3, 2018.
- All existing service agreements for clients will essentially function and remain the same as before. A small number of clients on specialized ad packages may be updated to comparable packages. If you are one of these few clients, don’t worry--we will reach out to you to help facilitate these changes.
Over time, at no charge to you, you may see new features and service additions geared toward improving your reputation management efforts. Our new partnership will help to bring you the best and newest solutions in multifamily reputation management.
HOW WILL I BE BILLED NOW THAT YOUR COMPANIES ARE UNITING?
Your invoicing and payment process will remain the same. With any payment inquiries, feel free to reach out to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will contact you in advance when any changes occur with the billing process that require your attention. We’ll also update this page as necessary.
